How do I cancel/suspend my monthly NurtureStore Supporters payment?

  3. Click on ‘Turn off auto-renew’
 

How do I restart a cancelled monthly NurtureStore Supporters payment?

  1. Click on the ‘Account’ link in the menu above.
  2. Click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab in the pop up box
  3. Click on the renew button
 

How do I update my credit/debit card?

  1. Click on the ‘Account’ link in the menu above.
  2. Click on the ‘Update card’ link at the bottom of the pop up box
  3. Enter new card details, then click ‘Update my credit card’
 

How do I access the workshop I purchased

How do I ‘bring a friend for free’?

If the product you purchased includes the option to invite a friend to join you for free (for example Art Spark), then please email your friend’s name and email address to support@nurturestore.co.uk and we will then send your friend an invitation to access the product for free. Before contacting us, you must first obtain your friend’s permission for us to email them.

Please contact your friend and ask them to lookout for our invitation email. If the email does not arrive, ask your friend to check their email spam folder.

Please note that ‘bring a friend for free’ applies only to qualifying paid product purchases, and can only be used once for each qualifying purchase.
